Is it possible that certain people's minds are pre-programmed to dance? Dancing, no matter our age, may have a very positive impact on our physical and emotional health. It can help us maintain or improve muscle tone, flexibility, and stamina, as well as release endorphins, which can aid with stress and anxiety symptoms. Some people, on the other hand, appear to have a natural ability for picking up dance moves with apparent ease, but others find graceful movement challenging.
