Kristin Sudeikis Discusses Mental Health, FORWARD Space, and Her Collaborative Kaatsbaan Premiere

Kristin Sudeikis has always been a half dancer, part sage, dispensing wisdom and inspiration with her cathartic, highly musical movement at her cult favorite Broadway Dance Center and Perida­nce courses.
However, in recent years, her FORWARD Space studio, which offers hot, spiritual dance-meets-fitness-meets-club courses in New York City and online, has brought a whole new audience of dancers and nondancers alike to the choreographer's devotional approach to dance.
Its popularity exploded during the epidemic, as people's desire for such together-but-not-together encounters grew.
(It didn't hurt that Sudeikis' brother, actor Jason Sudeikis, accepted the Golden Globe for his performance as Ted Lasso in a tie-dyed FORWARD Space sweatshirt.)
