However, managing their sickness on a daily basis for dancers with cystic fibrosis, a chronic lung condition, is already a full-time job. The condition results in a buildup of mucus in the lungs and other organs, which can occasionally trigger numerous infections, medical procedures, and operations. However, it's a "invisible sickness"; you couldn't tell by looking at someone if they had it.
